Building the Leadership Capacity to Navigate Climate, AI and Systemic Change

5 Jul

Organisations today are navigating an unprecedented convergence of climate transition, AI disruption, geopolitical uncertainty, changing regulation and rising stakeholder expectations. While many organisations understand what needs to change, far fewer are prepared for how these forces are reshaping leadership, decision-making and organisational resilience.

The greatest challenge is no longer developing better climate strategies. It is developing leaders who can make better decisions when the future is uncertain.

This highly interactive Leadership Lab explores one of the most overlooked barriers to accelerating climate action: the way leaders interpret complexity, uncertainty and change.

Rather than another discussion about climate targets or transformation frameworks, this session provides participants with the opportunity to experience a facilitated leadership diagnostic. Participants examine how they currently respond to uncertainty and identify the leadership capabilities needed to accelerate change within their own organisations.
